Funeral services for Riley Bentham Fillingim 12 years old, will be 1pm Saturday January 25, 2014 at Pine Hill Baptist Church in Sicily Island, LA. with Rev. Harold Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Old Pine Hill cemetery in Sicily Island, LA. under the direction of Comer Funeral Home Ferriday, LA. Riley loved to ride 4-wheelers in the hills, riding horses camping out a true country boy. He enjoyed going to church on Sundays and during a youth conference gave his life to the Lord and was soon to be baptized as the newest member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. Riley was a happy boy with a good attitude and a sweet spirit He will surely be missed by all that knew him. Riley is preceded in death by his grandparents Kay and Bob Fillingim. Survivors include his mother Catherine A. Fillingim and friend Kelly Thompson; brother Ryan Stone and wife Stephanie of San Diego, California; three uncles Robert, Bryan and Steve Fillingim of San Antonio, Texas and numerous cousins and friends. Pallbearers will be Hunter Tyler, Nick Bonomo, Josh Ohler, Phil Reynosa, Ryan Stone, and Hawley Gary Iv. Honorary pallbearers will be Tracy Comeaux, Dennis Cooper and Kelly Thompson.
