Forest Stump Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. Forest Ray Stump, of Wisner, LA, passed away Friday, May 20, 2011 at his residence. He had been a resident of Wisner for 30 years and attended the Good Road Pentecostal Church in Jonesville, LA. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U. S. Army. He was a retired House mover. Mr. Stump was preceded in death by his parents, Fay and Lucy Stump, three brothers:Gaylord, Bill, and Cleveland Stump; two sisters: Mary Lee Gerald and Elizabeth Stump; and a great grandson: Zachary Sutton. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Gracie Netherland Stump of Wisner, LA; two sons: Joe Stump and wife, Nelva, and Tracy Stump and wife, Sherry, all of Natchez, MS; two daughters: Diane Tuccio and husband, Joe, and Sandy Reagan and husband, Wayne, all of Natchez, MS; Mother in law: Philisty Netherland; two brothers: Charles Stump and wife, Charlene, of Natchez, MS, and Gaynard "Buck" Stump and wife, Grace, of Jena, LA; four sisters: Geneva Masters and husband, A.B., Marie Clotfelter, all of Columbia, LA, Agnus Falgout of Fortuna, CA, and Virginia Klick of Vidalia, LA; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, special nephew, John McVay, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be grandsons: Guy Tuccio, Chris Reagan, Gene Tuccio, Staff Sgt. Joseph Stump, Carlos Stump. Mike Wooter, Leighton Edwards, and James Freeman. Honorary pallbearers will be Casey Reagan and Ray Stump. Special thanks to the Chief of Police in Wisner, LA, Billy Cureington, and the Wisner Police Dept., TLC Hospice, Dr. LeMay, Nurse America Demby at Natchez Regional Hospital, and Mrs. Dorothy and Ms. Monica from Mangham Home Health.
